Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and the Company with regard to the use of all services (hereinafter the 'Services') provided by the Company, including casino games, slot games, deposits and withdrawals, and the comp / VIP / referral programs.

Article 2 (Membership Eligibility and Registration)

• Only adults aged 19 or older are eligible to register and use the Services.
• The Company does not collect any personal information beyond an email address (no real name, phone, address, or ID), and does not perform any separate KYC procedure. By registering, the member represents and warrants that they are at least 19 years old and that online gambling is permitted under the laws of their country of residence.
• Employees of the Company, persons who could influence game outcomes, and residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not allowed to register.
• One account per person is the rule. If a single individual is found to operate multiple accounts using different email addresses, the balances and bonuses on the related accounts may be revoked.

Article 3 (Deposits and Withdrawals)

• Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT (TRC-20) and TRX on the TRON blockchain. All transaction history is available on the member's wallet page.
• Deposit addresses are uniquely issued per member. The Company is not responsible for recovering assets sent on a different network (e.g. ERC-20) or in a different asset.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after the Company's security review. If abnormal activity is suspected (money laundering, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, etc.), withdrawals may be held or rejected.
• Network fees incurred during withdrawal processing (TRON energy and bandwidth) are borne by the Company, but this may change according to operational policy.

Article 4 (Betting and Game Results)

• All games follow the results of the integrated casino / slot platform (hereinafter the 'Game Provider'). The Company does not arbitrarily alter game results.
• If a bet is not properly processed due to network disconnection or system error, it will be corrected based on the Game Provider's logs.
• Wager-equals-win round transactions are excluded from cumulative betting and comp accrual.
• The Company reserves the right to retroactively void transactions that result from clear system errors or fraudulent activity.

Article 5 (Comp / VIP / Referral)

• Comps are accrued in daily batches based on wagering volume and are converted to balance only when the member explicitly claims them.
• VIP tiers are determined by cumulative wagering volume. Tier promotions are reflected at 00:00 KST on the day after the request.
• Referral rewards apply only when the referrer is registered properly. Self-referral, multi-account referral, and proxy-name referral are voided.
• Reward balances may be subject to rollover (wagering turnover) requirements set by the Company, which must be met before withdrawal.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

• Identity theft, registration under another person's name, and operation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Fraudulent betting or bonus abuse using bots, automation tools, or exploits
• Suspicious money-laundering behavior such as withdrawing immediately after deposit without any betting activity
• Abnormal access to or interference with the Company's systems or those of the Game Provider

Article 7 (Account Suspension and Balance Handling)

If prohibited conduct or violation of these Terms is confirmed, the Company may suspend the account without prior notice and revoke balances and bonuses arising from fraudulent transactions. Legitimate deposits will be refunded after the Company's review.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company is not liable for losses caused by the member's internet environment, wallet security, or the member's own negligence.
• The Company is exempt from liability for temporary service interruptions caused by acts of God, blockchain network failures, or Game Provider system failures.
• Members must verify the laws of their country and region of residence and judge for themselves whether they are permitted to use the Services.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms in response to changes in applicable laws or operational policy. The effective date and details of any amendment will be announced in advance. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may request to withdraw their membership.

Article 10 (Responsible Gambling)
