Responsible Gambling

Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The moment fun turns into a burden, walking away is the strongest bet you can make.

Four Core Principles

Self-assessment — How many of these apply to you?

Indicative interpretation
  • 1–2 items: caution stage — set limits and take a break
  • 3–5 items: at-risk stage — pause betting and consider professional counselling
  • 6 or more: possible gambling addiction — seek help immediately from a specialist organization
